I used to have it hooked with GFI MailEssentials while i was still in Mauritius and the level of SPAM and rogue IP detection were very impressive. Now i work with Mimecast and i don't think there is better solution than that at the moment, though i was very tempted to use the service of Google together with Postini but company policies do not allow us to use US servers! I find Mail.app, coupled with SpamAssassin, to do a decent job.
