Spamhaus is good. I used to have it hooked with GFI MailEssentials while i was still in Mauritius and the level of SPAM and rogue IP detection were very impressive. Now i work with Mimecast and i don't think there is better solution than that at the moment, though i was very tempted to use the service of Google together with Postini but company policies do not allow us to use US servers!

Do you have the Barracuda on your personal servers?

I find Mail.app, coupled with SpamAssassin, to do a decent job. However, it would be better to have a solution that blocks the spam on the server instead of just marking them as such.
