		<description>One thing for sure, Canadians (and Americans) love their cars. It&#039;s hard to blame Canadians&#039; love for cars: Winter is pretty harsh in here. 

One way to lower gas consumption is to improve public transit first. It is a bad idea to wait for more people to use transit more often before improving the service.  For example, buses running late (as far as Kitchener is concerned) during Winter is not going to encourage people to use public transit, but rather motivate them to buy a car.</description>
