Running Linux on OS X
This is awesome! I can run Linux as a VM on OS X. No need to install another PC. Parallels offers the possibility to run Windows or Linux on OS X without rebooting, just like VMWare for Windows and Linux users. Its utilization is comparable to that of VMWare. I downloaded the CentOS ISOs and mounted them as a CD in the virtual machine. I was able to boot on the images and install CentOS in 10 minutes. Great!

I ran Windows inside my OSX install on my Macbook Pro .. but it lags and the mouse gesture is bad. I did not like it at all. Maybe usefull for quick debugging but not for daily usage I would say.

Martin,
Have you installed Parallels Tools? It makes mouse movement smooth and allows seamless switch between the guest and host OSes. It is definitely useful for daily use on my MacBook Pro.
