I’ve got to pimp my About Me page:
Systems Adminstrator
- Level 2/3 technical support for clients through e-mail ticketing system with telephone support in a bilingual environment. Courteous interaction with the clients.
- Rapidly diagnose any problem and work to provide a quick resolution to the client’s satisfaction. Escalate or dispatch to other people if necessary. Follow-up on the tickets.
- On-call night support.
- Consult on clients needs. Recommend on server clusters.
- Configuration of Cisco routers and switches. Troubleshoot network problems. Provision new clients.
- Liaise with uplink providers in case of problems.
- Troubleshoot control panel errors (Cpanel, Plesk, Ensim, Helm). Escalate to software providers if necessary.
- Deployment of Linux and Windows servers using pxeboot, Norton Ghost and sysprep.
- Installation, upgrade and configuration of Linux and Windows software:
Linux:
* Kernel recompilation and optimization.
* iptables/apf configuration.
* Installation from source of all major software (Apache, PHP, mod_ssl, qmail, vpopmail, mysql).
* Bash Shell/PHP/Perl scripting to automate day-to-day tasks.
* Optimize MySQL and Apache servers for performance.
* Manage Bind/djbdns DNS servers with different setups (master/slave, SPF, reverse in-addr.arpa, delegation).
* Setup and manage Linux load balancers.
Windows:
* Install Windows 2000/2003 servers.
* Manage IIS servers. Troubleshoot IIS errors. Manage application pools.
* Install and configure BlackIce Firewall, Mail Enable, MS SQL 2000/2005 servers.

Hi there.
Just dropping a word here, though i know it’s not the proper place to do it. I’ve heard you’re the one responsible for tracking Mauritian blogs, i’ve tried contacting u before here and through mauritius.blog.mu about tracking mine, but never got any answer o.O - are there any selection criteria?
