Congrats on all these developments! I felt the same way the six months following my house purchase and job change in October/November of last year.

Seems everybody’s having the same experience this year ..minus the new house for me…alought i do have a new yard ..mmm… well 4-5 more months still left so lets see whats in store for everyone.
